A1: To order items from us you will need to either call or email us with your request and billing information. We accept all major credit cards either through email or over the phone.  We are currently working on an improved site to include a shopping cart system to allow you to order directly from your computer.  Thank you for your time and have a great day.

A3: You can start by checking the following to make sure your printer is connected to your computer properly. Check all cables connected to your printer and your printer power is plugged into the wall and turned ON. 


Also check to make sure there is paper in the printer and that there is no paper jam or door open on your printer. Look at your display on your printer to see if there are any error messages on the screen.


Try checking to make sure your printer is being seen within windows. To do this go to your control panel and select the icon labeled printers and faxes. When you open up this folder you should see your printer listed and the status of your printer just under your printers icon. If you do not see your printer listed then it is not installed properly. Repeat the installation steps.  


If none of these suggestions work you may need to call your local computer technician to see what the problem is.

A4: Standard shipping rates are as follows. All products are shipped standard UPS ground unless otherwise stated or requested. Flat rate shipping on all inkjet cartridges are: $8.00 please add 1 dollar per cartridge if ordering more than one unit. Flat rate shipping on all toner cartridges are: $15.00 Please add 2 dollars per toner unit if ordering more than one toner. Shipping charges on all other items will be individually calculated on ordering your item.

A5: Shipping takes place only after full payment is received. Once payment is received shipping is generally processed within that same business day provided your order is before 3pm on the date of the order. If ordering after 3pm your item will not be processed for shipping until the following business day.   Weekends are not part of the business day so if you order on a Friday evening your package will not be shipped until the following Monday.  


Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery of your package depending on where you live.


Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please specify if you require faster shipping when you place your order.

A6: All returns are approved on a case by case basis. With the exception of defective or damaged items. All defective items will be replaced free of of charge. In the event of a defective part please give us a call and describe the problem you are having we will have a technical support agent speak with you to determine the cause and either help you to resolve your issue over the phone or in the event of a bad or defective part issue you a return for said part.


All warranty coverage is null and void after 30 days from the date of purchase.


If you ordered an item and the items is not the item for your printer or computer and it is a mistake on your part and not a mix-up at the shipping office there will be a 25% restocking fee and return shipping will be charged for the item.
